You will work closely with our clients (primarily banks) to make sure that all operational processes — especially order processing — are handled professionally, efficiently, and on time.

You will be the go-to person for making sure that wallet verifications, client limits, on-chain transactions, and any operational requests are processed with precision and care. Your work will have a direct impact on client satisfaction and the reliability of our services.

This is a hands-on role with plenty of room to grow, take ownership, and make a real difference.

What You'll Do

• Be the daily operational contact for our clients, ensuring smooth communication and professional service delivery
  
  
• Oversee and manage order processing to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with our standards
  
  
• Monitor and handle operational tasks such as wallet verifications, transaction limit adjustments, and on-chain transactions
  
  
• Quickly identify and resolve operational issues, coordinating internally with product, tech, and compliance teams when needed
  
  
• Maintain and continuously improve operational processes and workflows to increase efficiency and reliability
  
  
• Support onboarding processes for new clients from an operational perspective
  
  
• Work closely with our tech team to ensure that system enhancements align with operational needs
  
  
• Represent our values of transparency, efficiency, and innovation in every client interaction
